Personal and Professional Values and Passions
Erin is deeply passionate about sport and the meaningful impact it has on individuals, organizations, and communities. Having been involved in both recreational and competitive sport throughout her life, she finds joy, resilience, and balance—both mentally and physically—through active living.

For decades, Erin has been a committed volunteer in the sport sector, a journey that naturally evolved into her role as the principal consultant of her own firm. She works closely with not-for-profit, provincial, and national sport organizations to strengthen leadership and governance, facilitate strategic planning, promote equity in sport, and ensure a fair playing field for all—particularly for girls and women.

What truly drives Erin is her passion for helping others realize their full potential—whether as an educator, a mentor, or a trusted friend. This commitment is at the heart of everything she does, and it brings her a deep sense of joy and purpose. Her work and life are grounded in core values that reflect who she is: love, kindness, honesty, sport, family, fair play, happiness, opportunity, humour, travel, team spirit, and integrity. These values guide her decisions, shape her relationships, and inspire her to create meaningful change.

Erin’s love for travel has taken her around the world, both professionally and personally. Yet, some of her most cherished moments are spent closer to home—walking her dog Gigi, gardening, cooking with friends, and enjoying good music, laughter, and conversation.

Her true happy place is in the outdoors: in the mountains, on the water, in the sunshine—whether in the pool, on a boat, at the lake, or by the ocean. These are the moments where she feels most present, most grounded, and most alive.
